Add Web Age email account to Mail for Windows 10

  1. Open Mail and either choose Add Account from the pop up when the Mail client opens, or click Settings > Manage Accounts > Add account.
  2. Choose Other Account: POP, IMAP.
  3. Enter your Email address, your name and the password for your email account.
  4. Click Sign in. The account will be set up automatically.

To Change Server Settings in Mail for Windows 10

During our migration of servers, we may need you to change incoming and outgoing mail server settings. This is how to carry out this change in Mail for Windows 10.

  1. Click Settings (cog icon at the right of the bottom left panel)
  2. In the Settings panel, click Manage Account, then click on the account you want to change.
  3. Now under Change mailbox sync settings, click Options for syncing your content.
  4. Now scroll down to find Advanced mailbox settings and click Incoming and outgoing mail server info.
  5. Change only the portion of the Incoming email server and Outgoing (SMTP) email server settings where our mail server clX-00X.webage.net is referenced.
    1. Change clX-00X.webage.net to mail.mydomain.com. Note that you must retain the parts after the colon for the port numbers 993 and 465 respectively.
      1. Incoming example: change from:
        clX-00X.webage.net:993:1
        to
        mail.mydomain.com:993:1
      2. Outgoing example: change from:
        clX-00X.webage.net:465:1
        to
        mail.mydomain.com:465:1
    1. Keep all other settings exactly as they are – no other changes are required.
  1. Click Done, then Save to save the settings.
