To change payment details
You can manage your account details online using our secure clients area here at https://clients.webage.net
Log in using the email address that is registered on your account. This will be the main address to which we send correspondence such as domain reminders and invoices.
Use the reset form if you do not know the password: https://clients.webage.net/index.php?rp=/password/reset
To modify credit or debit card details
- Log in as instructed above.
- Choose Billing from the top menu.
- Either add a new card, or edit the existing card, following guidance on screen.
To modify direct debit instruction
- Log in as instructed above.
- Choose Billing from the top menu.
- Choose Manage Direct Debit by GoCardless, and follow the guidance on screen to change the direct debit settings.
Always ensure any changes, particularly to direct debit, are made well in advance of any invoices due for domain renewals as the changes can take several working days to process via the banking system.
