Add an autoresponder

Log in to your cPanel - details are issued when you create a new account with us.
Once logged in, in the Email section, click on Autoresponders
Click Add Autoresponder
Fill out the fields on screen as required.
Note that Character Set: can be set to the default value of utf-8, and the email field should simply contain the part of the email address up to the @ symbol.
Set start and stop dates.
Click Create/Modify to save your message.
