You may find email is not reaching you if your mailbox is full.

To adjust the quota for an email account, do the following. 

  1. Log in at clients.webage.net
  2. Click Products & Services
  3. Click "Active" in the row next to the relevant service (e.g. hosting account)
  4. Under Quick Shortcuts, click Email Accounts
  5. Click Disk and Quota next to the relevant email account.

Note that the quota for email accounts comes out of the total quota for your website and email.

For more disk space, upgrade your hosting account by:

  1. Logging in at clients.webage.net
  2. Click Products & Services
  3. Click Active in the row next to the relevant service (e.g. hosting account)
  4. On the left menu under Actions, click Upgrade/Downgrade
  5. Choose your preferred option from the available upgrades, and complete the payment process on screen.
