Single Domain

  1. To change the registrar lock status on a domain, log in to your account at https://clients.webage.net.
  2. On the top menu, choose Domains > My Domains.
  3. Click the Manage (spanner) icon beside the domain you wish to lock or unlock.
  4. On the left menu under Manage, click Registrar Lock.
  5. Click Disable / Enable registrar lock as applicable.

Multiple Domains

  1. To change the registrar lock status on multiple domains, log in to your account at https://clients.webage.net.
  2. On the top menu, choose Domains > My Domains.
  3. Check the box(es) next to the domains you wish to unlock, and from the More... menu item at top right, choose Registrar Lock status and follow instructions on screen.
  4. To display more domains on one page, adjust the value of the Show X Entries select menu at the base of the list.

Important

  • You should only unlock a domain if you wish to make changes to the nameservers or transfer the domain.
  • Always re-enable locking after making these changes.
  • Your domain may be at risk of unauthorised transfer if you do not enable locking.
