To blacklist an email address or domain name so that it is always either sent to the spam box or auto-deleted, follow these steps.
- Log in to your cPanel using one of the methods in this article.
- In cPanel go to:
Email > Spam Filters > Additional Configurations (For Advanced Users) > Show Additional Configurations > Edit Spam Blacklist Settings. - Add the domain or email address you wish to blacklist (examples are given when you click the ? icon next to the label "Spam Blacklist Items (blacklist_from)").
