Single Domain
- To change the registrar lock status on a domain, log in to your account at https://clients.webage.net.
- On the top menu, choose Domains > My Domains.
- Click the Manage (spanner) icon beside the domain you wish to lock or unlock.
- On the left menu under Manage, click Registrar Lock.
- Click Disable / Enable registrar lock as applicable.
Multiple Domains
- To change the registrar lock status on multiple domains, log in to your account at https://clients.webage.net.
- On the top menu, choose Domains > My Domains.
- Check the box(es) next to the domains you wish to unlock, and from the More... menu item at top right, choose Registrar Lock status and follow instructions on screen.
- To display more domains on one page, adjust the value of the Show X Entries select menu at the base of the list.
Important
- You should only unlock a domain if you wish to make changes to the nameservers or transfer the domain.
- Always re-enable locking after making these changes.
- Your domain may be at risk of unauthorised transfer if you do not enable locking.
