To whitelist an email address or domain name so that it is always delivered and is not checked for spam, follow these steps.
- Log in to your cPanel using one of the methods in this article.
- In cPanel go to:
Email > Spam Filters > Additional Configurations (For Advanced Users) > Show Additional Configurations > Edit Spam Whitelist Settings. - Add the domain or email address you wish to whitelist (examples are given when you click the ? icon next to the label "Spam Whitelist Items (whitelist_from)").
